We found the granite we wanted at NEKA after the granite company that was supposed to hold our granite for our contractor did not hold it. Our salesperson, Umit, was very helpful, patient, accommodating. NEKA installed the granite with some help from our contractor. The only issue was that the seams were not smooth. NEKA sent someone to see our problem and then sent a crew to remedy it to our satisfaction. We were very happy with the results. Our contractor then had our new backsplash installed, which is beautiful. The only problem was that when the backsplash got sealed, the person who sealed it did not protect the granite and did not wipe the sealer off adequately. It left a residue where you could see the wipe marks. We have gone back and forth with the contractor and they will not address the problem. NEKA agreed to come out and see what could be done in spite of it being a problem they had not created. They managed to get the sealer residue off and solved the problem for us. We are so grateful. I agreed to pay for a service visit from them since their guy spent half a day helping us fix a problem they didn't create. I am very grateful that NEKA worked above and beyond to satisfy a customer!
