over many years of use, the door rails were out of alignment causing door to not track correctly. It often caused the door to reverse direction. The technician apparently did not want to realign to tracks, and applied garage door lube to rollers, and tightened a few bolts. and said that was the problem, and was out of there. The door remained out of alignment.

Door Doctor installed a new garage door opener for me. Did an excellent job at a very competitive price. Had them come back out to install a bottom gasket on the garage door and reset a garage door spring. Again, they were on schedule, did a great job and provided some good advice on maintenance. Will definitely use them again.
