My garage door spring broke on a Thursday evening. I called Friday morning and they had a technician out that afternoon to install new springs on my door. The repair technician was courteous and friendly. I don't know whether they are expensive compared to other garage door installer/repair companies but the man I talked with to schedule the repair advised me right up front what the price would be and I appreciated getting that issue out of the way. We use the garage door a lot and it's been over 5 years since the last spring installation. Door Doctors also provided same day service on that occasion. I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend Door Doctor! Very reasonable pricing (relief in today's economy) and they were able to come out same-day. 30+ year old double garage door needed both torsion springs replaced. Victor was great - professional, arrived on time, and nice. He replaced both torsion springs in 30-40 minutes and fixed the bottom of our door which was sagging from previous damage at no extra cost. They asked that I text them photos before booking the appointment. At first I thought that was a bit offputting, but appreciated it when they quickly returned my call as they gave me the exact price. Efficient! No worries about wasting time if a company comes out and gives you a ludicrous price for the repair onsite and you have to either get ripped off to use your garage again or wait longer to find someone else.
