I hired Julio to remove a gas fireplace in my home so that it opened up the floor plan. The handyman that I'd hired called me at the last minute to tell me that he won't be able to do the job, so I had to scramble. Julio took my call and agreed to do the job the next day. He showed up promptly at 8 am and got it done by 3 pm. Julio took all the trash out, cleaned the floor, and got it prepped for the hardwood company that was coming to install new flooring. I plan to use Julio for painting the lower level of my home.
