I hired Jose Escobar, (571)471-6747, from Bolimex Construction LLC to fix my ceiling and outside wood rot on both levels of my residence. Day 1: Jose and crew fixed and painted the ceiling but the color did not match. He claimed that all wood rot were fixed, took full payment and tried to leave. I discovered that the wood rot on the 2nd level was not fixed and stopped him from leaving. He told me he would come back in a week to fix the ceiling paint mismatch and actually fix the wood rot. Day 24, still no contact, I called Jose and he said he would be there next afternoon. Day 25, I took time off work and waited. He was a no show, no call either. Day 29, I texted Jose and he said he could come that afternoon. Again, no show, no call. Day 35, Jose finally came to fix the mismatch ceiling paint, I asked him to give estimate to paint the whole residence and fix the wood rot that he skipped out originally. He agreed to provide estimate after looking at the whole house. Day 45, I texted Jose to ask about the estimate he promised. No response and no estimate was ever provided.
