Our upstairs master shower was leaking through to the floor below. Angel was able to come out the same day I called. He promptly provided a estimate for the work he expected that needed to be done. He started work the next week and found the problem which was related to poor waterproofing by the previous contractor who originally remodeled the bathroom three years ago. He was able to remove all necessary tiles and shower glass, complete the repair, reinstall new tile and repair the drywall damage below in a span of four days. I was impressed by how meticulous he was and the pride he took in his work. Highly recommend.

Angel Lopez of Dulles Bathroom Solutions completely replaced a basement bathroom that had an old tiled shower, linoleum floor, moulding and old vanity and sink. After tearing out the old shower, vanity, flooring and much of the existing drywall, he then had to re-frame much of the wall framing since it was out of square and not able to receive the new shower. In addition he revised much of the plumbing to fit the new Acrylic shower being installed. When he installed the shower he took much time to make it absolutely level and square so that drainage worked fine and the seams in the unit matched up and sealed well. He installed and grouted a new ceramic tile floor (beautifully finished job), installed and finished new drywall, moulding, a new vanity and sink with granite top. In addition he wired and installed a new vent fan, new bright lighting, new electrical outlets, and installed a new wider door into the room. He primed and painted the drywall, moulding, door etc. He finished by installing the shower fixtures, towel racks etc. to make a beautifully finished room. While Angel is skilled at everything needed to completely refurbish this bathroom, his finishing skills are superior - beautiful job. In addition to the job at hand, he also discovered a leak coming from an exterior door frame above the wall area of the bathroom. He stripped out the drywall and insulation, treated everything with mold kill solution, and with a fellow contractor sealed up the leak from the outside. The job took longer than expected, mostly due to delay of the shower unit and problems with it when it arrived. But he performed the budget at his quoted price (except for the external water leak). We were happy with the quality of his work, the ideas he brought to improve on our original thinking, and of course as mentioned above his finishing work is first quality. I highly recommend him for this type of project.

I had water damage, and it caused the bathroom to have to be renovated, the ceiling repaired, and the closet floor and drywall fixed. Angel and his team did an amazing job coming in and fixing everything. What I loved the most was his attention to detail and not trying to cut corners. Even when I was stressed, he calmly explained the situation and fixed it. His work was impeccable, and I was glad that his company was the one that I chose. He had great knowledge in all the areas (i.e., renovation, plumbing, drywall repair, etc.) that I needed to get the work done. He was also honest, which is sometimes hard to find. I highly recommend them.
