The cleaning crew does a good job of cleaning in general. I used the same crew twice. However, one time that I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks prior, it was completely missed. I had to call to verify that I had the appointment. They could not find it in their books. They finally scheduled the crew to come in at the end of the day when I originally wanted them to come early afternoon. Although the crew did an adequate job, they were there after cleaning four large houses. They were exhausted. I felt bad for them. I really wonder if the company cares about their staff's well-being. I will not do business with them again.

Maid to Please is low-cost but you get what you pay for. they sometimes show up with a team of 3, sometimes 2, sometimes 1, but are always in and out in under an hour. They leave lights on, stove elements out of place, doors ajar, etc. Vacuuming? yes. Mopping kitchen floor? Yes. Anything else? No.

Overall they do what you pay them to do. They're generally on time. We've not used them for a deep cleaning, but their price is practical and we have them wiping down surfaces and vacuuming. Overall a fairly good value.
