My neighbors and I used them a couple years ago to provide new installations. They seemed moderately priced, and were cordial and helpful with designs. A “lifetime warranty” on their plants was a major selling point. The installations proceeded satisfactorily. However, after less than three years, one of two identical trees that they planted in my yard has almost died. Both trees have been well cared for. In my opinion, the near-dead one needs to be replaced. Consistent with the warranty. Over the past three weeks, I’ve contacted M&M numerous times to look at it. They not only have not done that, but do not respond to my emails and voicemails; my phone calls rollover to voicemail. I’m not now confident that they will be replacing my tree. So, if you seek a landscaping contractor you can count on to provide good service and that stands by their work and promises, you should consider a range of reputable and recommended contractors.
