Unfortunately Tino's, despite its excellent ratings, falls prey to the problem with many small businesses. They don't respond to phone calls! I have a large dead pine tree in my yard that needs cutting down. Using Consumer Checkbook's rating lists I called five quality-rated tree services to obtain an estimate. Alone among the five, Tino's did not return phone calls or respond to messages. Four attempts. I'm pleased that business is so good for them that they can ignore requests such as mine. But, really, a little common courtesy in just returning a call and saying "Sorry, we're booked for a month" would go a long way to offering true customer service. Of course, I can't recommend them.

Nelson came the day after my call for an estimate on a downed 11" diameter limb. He explained to my son it would take 30 minutes with 5 man crew to cut and haul off debris. Also gave estimate for neighbor's tree (limbs overhanging our property). I called back to see if they would cut the limb in to 16" logs for firewood and trim two low overhanging branches for same price and Nelson agreed and said he might be able to come the next day after another job in the area. He came early in the afternoon the next day with three others. After he verified which low hanging branches to take and where to put logs, they set to work. An hour after arriving the job was done. Watching him climbing and cutting and the team cutting, stacking, and cleaning, I saw why he had so many people. Couldn't be happier with the job they did.
