They are not inexpensive, but they are dependable. They will give me discounts that I am not aware I am eligible for (based on sales they are offering or upon known faulty parts replacement). I will continue to use them.

We went to this dealer for new Honda keys, got home and neither key worked to open or lock the doors. While there, they also handled an unrelated technical problem with the car, and, while yes, we should have tried the keys before leaving, the dealer, with mechanics supposedly skilled in Honda repair, shouldn't have screwed up a simple job like that, which the customer service rep quickly fixed. And, THEY should have confirmed that the functions worked. It's easy to program a key fob. I bought two Honda key fobs online about a month earlier and quickly programmed them - correctly - for our other Honda, but for a new key, you have to go to a Honda dealer. Expect to pay more at the dealer, that's not an issue, nor is having to reset the radio from the salsa music it was blasting, but having to go back on a Saturday when better things were planned was rather annoying. As compensation, they did offer "coupons" for a future oil change, which we politely declined.

I have serviced my vehicle here for the past 13 years. My problem is when you leave a message for the service department you rarely get a return call.
