I have always dealt with Carlos for service on my 2500 series diesel pickup truck. He's outstanding. He's knowledgeable , detail oriented, friendly and keeps you informed of how your repair/service is progressing. I recommend him highly.

I used them because the person who hit me's insurance (Geico) had them as a preferred shop. Check in and getting there was fairly easy. they told me how long the repair would take and called back to keep me informed. I had asked them about repairing a dent on my car that was not caused by the accident, and they called me back with a fair price. The car looked great when I picked it up--they had even cleaned it inside and out. My only annoyance was when I showed up to get the car the person who was there for customer service told me to find my car outside to the right. It was a hot day and the parking lot was HUUGE. I walked around for 5 minutes looking for my car but coulnd't find it. I came back in and told the service person I couldn't find it, so she went out for about 10-15 minutes to find it. Finally she drove back with it and said it had been still at the repair shop. I thought it was bizarre that with an operation clearly that big they didn't have a better system for doing things (maybe numbered spaced like rental companies use?) and keeping track of the cars. I also found it annoying that they didn't just bring my car to me in the first place so I could look it over before I paid. Seems like bad customer service. So everything was good until that point and my car looked good.

Koons uses warranty repairs to find out problems to fix, not covered by warranty. Happened several times. Also very expensive. The same repair, Koons estimate 850, fixed at local shop 400. Advice, do not use it.
