The ONLY reason I am recommending this place is because of Dr. Burton Kraft. I have been seeing Dr. Kraft for over ten years. He has always been patient and kind, and has given me great advice. That being said, you need to steel yourself for the abysmal customer service at this place. The people are just bad. I have been given the wrong prescriptions, not notified when my glasses arrived, and never mind trying to get someone on the phone. So, the latest fiasco began when someone called me to schedule my annual exam. I set up the appointment and put it on my calendar. I received numerous emails confirming my appointment and asking me to confirm the appointment with them. I received a daily email reminding me of my appointment every day for four days before my appointment, including the morning of my appointment. I confirmed my appointment. Then the day of my appointment I arrived ten minutes early to be told that Dr. Kraft was out of the office for six or eight weeks. The customer service person was really unapologetic because she said I could see someone else -- she kept asking me if I wanted to see someone else! Bait and switch in my opinion. I said no, and she merely waved me away with a "sorry 'bout that!" Sorry! Really! I didn't make another appointment, and honestly, these people are the pits. But I really like Dr. Kraft, so I don't know. I have to think about whether it is worth dealing with those people. It is so disappointing when professionals have lousy customer service at the front representing them.

They made scheduling easy, staff were attentive and my eyewear was fitted perfectly. The store was clean and overall service was wonderful.

These people were considerate, accommodating, and beyond helpful. I've never had a bad experience with an optical company, but Visionworks near Skyline was exemplary.
