I can't say enough nice things about Jud Tile. Mr. Jud was prompt in providing all services from the initial estimate to the completion of the work. All of his employees were prompt, quiet as possible, and very neat. A very near flawless performance and I love our new tile installation in our master bathroom.

Several years ago I used Jud Tile based on the recommendation of my construction man who was renovating my bathroom. I had no experience but my construction man said they were very good at advising and installing. The installing part was excellent, but the advice I got was horrible. Friends have told me that I would get used to the bathroom and I've tried for several years but I still hate it.
I had very poor communication with the design consultant. She didn't even come to my house. She said that pictures would suffice. In hind sight I think it was because my bathroom was small (I live in Arlington) and was not worth as much money as the big project she was working on. She advised me on muted colors to enhance the size. This was good however she advised that I consider using the design strip in the bathroom as well as the shower because I wanted the muted colors to pop. When installation of the tile was 99% complete, the construction man asked why I was using the design strip in the bathroom because it is not usually done and it could not be at the same position as the one in the shower. At that point I had no choice. What was I to do? Tear out all the tile and start again! Without that strip in the bathroom there was no pop to the color. The walls were white and there was some muted colors on the floor. So I went ahead and put in the design strip in the bathroom and shower.
Also the design consultant never gave me a draft picture of what was to be in the bathroom even though I asked many times. She always said that she was in process of updating it. If I had had such a drawing I could have shown it to the construction man and I might have been able to change things before tile installation. Of course, she never came to look at anything.
Installation of the tile was excellent and was perfect. So, if you are expert in renovating bathrooms you might want to consider Jud Tile. If you are not an expert and need advice I would be very cautious of Jud Tile. I personally would never use them again.
