- for Cost, TRS is UNSATISFACTORY. Although their estimate was comparable and in line with other estimates that we received, they billed us for work not performed and it took almost 90 days to get it resolved.
- because they did not adhere to the Schedule, TRS is rated UNSATISFACTORY.
- TRS' performance was UNSATISFACTORY. The foreman had the crew start tasks that were clearly not within the scope of the contract. When I stopped the work, it turns out the foreman was using a task list for another client. The foreman blamed the company office for providing him the wrong project plan. The good news is that they made good on the damage they caused however, it took carefully stated written follow-ups to get them to correct their mistakes.
Despite all of the headaches, we are enjoying the sunroom but it doesn't outweigh all the stress we put up with.
