Absolutely horrible. Was a reputable company with the original owner. I called them because they are an authorized service company for my high-end refrigerator brand. Totally misdiagnosed a problem (which was easily diagnosed the next day by another company), ordered parts (unnecessarily), but didn’t even call me when the parts arrived. A receptionist contacted me months later to ask if I’d ever been called by the serviceman to tell me the parts arrived months earlier and were still sitting in a box in their office. I’d rather pay another company for good service rather than use this company, even if warranty work would be free.

I needed repair service for a Bosch dishwasher & this vendor services only Bosch products. Had used this business previously. Found no Bosch parts source that discounts the cost of parts. Fortunately, have not needed any appliance repairs in several years & consider my familiarity with cost somewhat dated. While I consider the cost of parts & labor to be on the high side, I found that what I paid was in the ball park that other repair vendors charge for this same service. The repair tech was professional, knowledgeable, efficient & personable; however, the vendor's limited number of technicians covering a large service area may result in some delay or change in the repair schedule.
