Recommended
Having received terrible service at Springfield and Fairfax Toyota, this service department was a breath of fresh air. Work was started and finished on time, as promised. A ride home was offered without me asking. I stayed at the facility instead, which was very clean and comfortable. I cannot recall the last time I left a dealer service center not angry. I will make the extra drive to Woodbridge to get service like this.

I was hesitant to go to this dealer at first due to some poor reviews but went to them after having a poor experience with another dealer. I couldn't be more happy. It was a great experience buying a new vehicle. The salesman was excellent. I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop and it never did. I haven't had the chance to take my new vehicle in for service yet, so I can't comment on that side of the business.

A mix of experiences. We purchased a used car which we really like, it took some time to get several issues taken care of. Several staff members were pleasant and responsive and worked to resolve issues. Others did not seem to have an awareness of our time, degree of inconvenience to keep returning to the dealership, or being without our car when there was poor communication between staff members. There was also some difficulty in getting our tags, it took well over a month and it was repeatedly requested that we come out to the dealership to pick up our tags (including a second temporary tag) which we've never had to do with a used or new car purchase (we are 40-60 min away). May be under new management - hope they are better with others.
