I had an appointment at 9:00 am. I dropped my car off and was told it would take 4 hours at least. They have to calibrate the camera. I called at 3 since I never heard from them. She told me it would be done by 4. I go to pick it up. THEY HADN'T EVEN STARTED ON IT. It was in the parking spot where I left it. I was told I could wait for it. I said I am not waiting 4 hours. A waste of my time. Horrible service.
