The technician was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. Four days after servicing our system, the alarms were going off again. I called on Saturday and they sent a technician; he found that the first technician had forgot to reset the circuit breaker. Subsequently, everything has worked very well-he told me there would be no charge for that second visit, since it was a minor mistake caused by the first technician. Unfortunately, they didn’t get the message passed on to the office staff, who billed for a second visit, for over $200. Stacy, the office manager was rude and accused me of everything just short of being a liar. Ultimately, she relented, grudgingly giving me the “benefit of the doubt.“ Fire Stacy, and I might consider using Aqua-test again.
