Like another reviewer, my first experience with Pop Electric was fantastic. The price was reasonable and the workers were friendly. The job was well done. Pop Electric is the only company that does the official Federal Standard for aluminum wiring. Unfortunately, I had a condo and then a house that had aluminum wiring. Pop Electric does the Copalum Crimp that is the only safe practice when joining aluminum to copper wiring. It is and extensive process. The second time I used the company, I was not pleased. They did the process just fine, but the workers were not at all personable and a couple of years later, I found that they missed at least one outlet in my home. The price went WAY up and the owner wasn't all that pleasant to deal with. Guess being "the only game in town" makes it easy for them to call all the shots. Still, if you need this process, they are the ones and they do the job adequately. Later, I found out that the previous owner had sold the company so that may account for some of the issues that I found so different from my first experience. Again, like another reviewer, I've moved on to another company for any other electrical work that I need. So nice to have people come in to do the work that seem to enjoy what they are doing.

Have used POP in the past with good results. Nice folks. Quality seems to have declined in recent years. Have switched to another electrical contractor.
