Used these people for smoke damage because they were referred by my insurance. Overpriced and underserviced. Highly disorganized process. The pack out was a nightmare, boxes contained items from different rooms. Bath mixed with kitchen, bed mixed with den, it goes on. Subbed out laundry service to an unknown contractor that used a foul smelling chemical that destroyed anything with elastic. All soft goods had to be cleaned again prior to use. Items were lost in the process and items came back that were not ours as well. I would not recommend this company to anyone! Did not treat personal items with respect, did not follow instruction on what items to leave alone. Charged over $30,000 to clean a 900 sq ft home.
