Feel like they always try to upsell me on something every time they come for a routine maintenance check (twice a year). It has gotten worse since they merged with Southwest Heating & Plumbing, which I know upsells unnecessary work.

First crew did shoddy work and 2nd crew - Nick was great. Had to redo a ton of the 1st crews messes including things not to code. No air filter in furnace. Open exposed air pipes.
