Overall, I have had good experiences with AAA. But on their last service, a tech took the service panel off on my heat pump and when he put it back, he only installed 2 of the 5 screws, leaving the rest sitting on top of the unit, and screwed one screw into the wrong hole so the others couldn't fit. And just left it like that?
