They came out to extract water and did no other restoration work, but I was still charged 50% more than the low end of the estimate they initially provided. One big plus, is they did show up 2 hours after I called them, when others weren't as prompt. However, it took multiple visits (and many last minute canceled appointments) for them to finish the job when they could have been more thorough the first time. And they sent me an invoice that included many inaccuracies. After calling that out, they adjusted the bill significantly. So make sure to ask for an itemized invoice (ideally with associated costs).

The plumber recommended them and they were prompt, got to drying inside and underneath house immediately and explained their procedures and costs.
