Overcharged me 500% on the cost of the pump (compared to buying it myself online), while installation and other fees were reasonable. So when they give you the itemized estimate, look up the online price for the pump they list and have them justify their pricing... and get ready for some BS. Also: if they do install a pump for you, be sure to get the make, model, and serial number recorded yourself... no way you're going to want to deal with finding that information after it is installed.

This place is notorious for bait and switch--they quote you a price, and then tell you it's going to be an extra hundred dollars because your tank has "heavy solids" or whatever phrase they used. One time they came out, were completely done in less than forty minutes, and left. Then they sent a bill in the mail for $106 more than they quoted me because it (allegedly) took them much longer than it should have because my tank was so overdue for pumping.
