Drain Pro was recommended by a contractor in 2005. Have used them for pumping and inspections since.

DrainPro was contracted by the community I live in to inspect all septic systems. The Tech did the inspection and discussed what he found as I watched. He noted he was unfamiliar with my 4 year old controls, straightened up some tangled wires, but did not say anything about the system needing repairs. DrainPro then sent a post card recommended repairs that were never pointed out by the tech (including the controls needing further evaluation) for a total price of $780. I called several times and left messages over a few week period with no call back. Finally I called a receptionist and asked to speak to the manager and was told they had none I could talk to, and I must speak to the person I had been calling already. Apparently, my request for a manager got his attention, he called back that afternoon. I asked for the inspection report--they had none and he could not justify the content of the postcard. Since he had no inspection report or documentation for the "needed" repairs on the post card, he offered to call me back with a date for a re-inspection after the Labor Day holiday. He never did call back despite a follow-up call/message.
