My home had carpeting in the great room which was showing its age. I wanted to replace it with LVP to match the rest of my home but the 2 different areas on either side with LVP didn’t line up straight. Other flooring contractors told me that the only option was to replace all of my existing LVP. Andrey came over and made several suggestions that would allow me to replace significantly less, still get the flooring to line up properly and save tons of money. After some consideration I decided to try his suggestions. I am so glad I did. His team showed up exactly on time and completed the job in one day including tearing out/removal of old carpet, laying new LVP in great room and foyer, adding quarter round molding to avoid having to redoing my existing 6 inch molding and adding transition molding around fireplace tile and hallways. They did a great job cleaning up too. This is the 2nd job Andrey and the Renov8 NW crew have done for me. I would totally recommend them!
