I formerly wrote a negative comment about Don, reported by another reviewer as "super". Super slippery, I'd say. He agreed to file my extended return but after I sent him all the information he "slipped" away. Would not respond to my written messages but answered phone calls for a while. He gave lots of excuses for why he had not completed the return after two or three weeks and then, presumably, blocked my number. I was not able to get in touch by any means. Finally I had to employ another tax preparer who did a reasonable job (H/R Block).
