They have done annual system maintenance of my Lennox furnace and AC that they installed 5 years ago. I am uncomfortable dealing with too large a company. What the office staff tells me does not always transfer to actual work or requirements. Don't you think they should be able to give a straight answer as ro whether I have to do annual maintenance to maintain my warranty? Cost of maintenance is too high for what is done.
