I previously reviewed this company in May 2022 after a furnace install. This review is about maintenance and repair. I continued to use Brennan for yearly maintenance so as not to jeopardize the warranty. I will not continue to use them for this service. Last year 2 months after having maintenance done, the A/C was not functioning on the heat pump and was due to an issue that should have been noticed during the maintenance visit (which was over $500). The tech who came to fix the problem was initially going to charge me almost $200 for the diagnosis. He called a manager and had the fee waived after I balked at the price. When I cleaned the filter on our minisplit, I discovered the person who did the maintenance installed the filter so it was folded over on itself! I'm surprised he hadn't broken it. The minisplit is working more efficiently after the filter was properly installed. Costco affiliated providers are not always the best option in this case.

We had a great experience with Brennan Heating and Cooling. They installed a new furnace and central air conditioning in our house.

The inspector had to come out twice because Brennan had skipped several vital steps during installation. Then they had me prepay for yearly maintenance which they didn't show up for after I had taken the day off work! When I tried to reschedule, they ghosted me and would not give a refund for the service.
