Could be bad luck, but they charge dealer prices and there was no oil reading on the dipstick after four months of low-miles driving.

We had a rear-view mirror replaced and back-up lights repaired on our aging Audi A4. The mirror replacement took a long time because the wrong part kept arriving (whose fault I don't know), but we were kept informed. Costs were reasonable.
