Definitive is great if you want to spend $50k or more, pay hourly for multiple people to work on your project, and pay full retail for all of your equipment. Otherwise, go somewhere else. They convinced me to spend almost $40k for a project that started out slightly above $10k, and now that I'm a customer, it turns out that I'm "pretty small" for them, so I don't get very fast response when I have questions or my system stops working properly. Plus, EVERY service call is billable hours. Even if there's a warranty, that's just for equipment; they don't ever send a technician as a courtesy without charging. They must be very profitable, but I am searching for a more customer-friendly organization to manage my system in the future.
