Seattle Mold Solutions has been a wonderful company to deal with, given that no one wants to deal with black mold problems in the first place. Amanda Wisner responded quickly to my request for help, gave me the first appointment she could find, then called back when there was a cancellation so as to work us in sooner. Because I am immune compromised and was having trouble with vertigo, we appreciated her helpful response. Johathan Wisner came at the appointed time, did a thorough evaluation of our needs, and Amanda sent us a bid later that day. Once again, they could not schedule us as soon as we would have liked (the next day, for instance), but also once again, they moved us up as soon as they got a cancellation. Jonathan and his team did a neat, thorough job, explained the whole process to us, came when expected and finished up promptly. Jonathan even offered help with things we hadn’t discussed as part of the job and came back later to do air-quality testing as an extra precaution, just to make sure all was well. Besides all their competence and thoroughness, Jonathan and Amanda were a delight to do business with. Cheerful, polite, responsive, reliable. I hope we never have a mold issue again, but if we ever do, I wouldn’t call any other company.
