This HELLth care facility is absolutely horrible. Most “caregivers” appear to have no training or oversight by management. The place is filthy and those in charge seem to know little about state regulations or even common sense elements of caring for a fragile population. These complaints and many more are described in detail by the DSHS investigators who are frequently called to this hole to investigate. Please see their reports on the DSHS website and then run in the other direction as fast as you can!
