Dentistry is precision work and requires the ability to use sharp instruments in a very small space. Dr. Ghannam has the natural talent, manual dexterity, and meticulous attention to detail needed to be accurate and precise. In my opinion, interpersonal skills are probably the most essential quality of a good dentist and Dr. Ghannam's interpersonal skills are excellent. He relates to his patients on a personal level, which helps to alleviate any concerns or fear the patient may have regarding a dental treatment. He explains the work that will be done before and during treatment, so the patient is prepared for the experience. In addition, he follows up with phone calls and e-mails to ensure the patient is responding well to the treatment. Over the years, I have been to many dentists -- some good, some not so good. To quote a Tina Turner song from 1992, Dr. Ghannam is "Simply the Best!"
