Having had oral cancer and treatment, many dental problems have had to be addressed. Endres has been patient and open about the various treatments. Billing was explained in detail when asked and they have worked quite well with my insurance so that I understand what my cost will be before a treatment plan is started.

Their billing is the worst I've ever seen; I couldn't understand it at all. For the first visit, was charged $101 for "comprehensive exam", $77 for 4 bitewing x-rays, $147 for a panoramic x-ray, and $111 for "adult prophy" (cleaning) for total of $436, Because we paid an additional $175 for "Smile protection family membership," we got a discount--perhaps 20% or 30% discount on some or all of those charges--but I can't tell from the bill which discounts applied to which of those services and which may have applied to later procedures.
