I hope I never need an oral surgeon again, but if I do I would not hesitate to go back. There was some concern the procedure would end up getting complicated, and it did, but Dr. Kim and staff handled it very well.

I was referred to Dr. Kim by my endodontist, who said that my molar was cracked and had to be extracted and replaced with an implant. Dr. Kim was very efficient and careful, including my fear of needles (I needed to be put to sleep for the procedure). Overall, I was very impressed by his expertise and the care the staff provided.

Endless billing issues. I have lost many hours of time. They cannot seem to work with my insurance company or give me a properly itemized bill. I have moved my business to another practice.
