We chose Dr Martin because he is an In-Network provider with Delta Dental. Our contract with Dr Martin was a 2-year plan for a 12 year old child, total cost $6,500, of which the contract estimated $2,000 would come from insurance. I didn't realize that the $6,500 is negotiable. I should have been suspicious that Dr Martin's office would offer the contract without even getting pre-authorization from my dental insurance, in which case they would have known that the deductible was actually $2,500. To his credit, Dr Martin eventually reimbursed us $500 after we brought the discrepancy to his attention months later. However, our child's teeth are more crooked than ever after 2 years of uncomfortable treatment and thousands of dollars.

I am an adult patient of Dr. Martin's. He and his staff are excellent. Superb customer service.
