Dr Bennett is an excellent periodontist. He has done two major dental procedures on me with positive outcomes. I cannot say the same about the admin side of the house. His office requires payment in full before any major procedure. I was charged both times the "retail" rate instead of the secondary insurance contract rate. (My primary pays nothing for major dental work.) This resulted in my paying over $1K extra. After the insurance pays, it takes as much as a month or more to get the difference back. The staff I've worked with are nice, but the process they use needs to be fixed to focus more on the customer/patient. We will still use his office as I hope my concerns will be addressed and Dr Bennett is excellent.
