Only problem I've had was one confusion about appointment, which resulted in a delay in a regular cleaning.

My advice is to know what you are getting into related to your insurance provider BEFORE you visit this office the first time. Their office policy is to submit dental claims for first-time patients as "evaluations". That term will result in the claim being denied by some insurances in the event that any other evaluations have taken place within six-months (including a normal dental visit). After having my claim denied, but learning that my insurance would honor the claim if it was corrected to 'consultation', I called the office to ask the claim be resubmitted. The office flatly refused. There were all sorts of reasons, but none of them sounded genuine (such as the ADA recommends that terminology). Maybe it was laziness or maybe it was spite (I didn't end up using their services). Maybe they end up with more in their pockets if they get paid straight from mine. No idea. It's not the care received at Precision Periodontics that drove me to submit a comment...but their refusal to take what seems like a minor step to qualify my claim under my insurance.
