We contracted with Lindus to install a steel roof and LeafGuard gutters. In addition, they tore down to chimneys below roof level (metal vents installed instead) and replace two windows that needed to be raised since they abutted the roof. The job was spendy, but with 4 gables and valleys on our 100 year old home, and 2" of high density insulating foam under the steel roof, I will hopefully not have to beat the ice dams and remove the snow any more. With a couple of torrential rains, the LeafGuard gutters and diversion shields at the corners, worked magnificently. They positioned the drains away from the house to drain properly, without cascades of waterfalls off the corner gone. Previous water in the basement for big rains has not occurred. Huge benefit. Workers were efficient and pleasant. Workmanship and clean-up was excellent. Post-job inspection found a very few touch-up/ correction items that were dealt with promptly. Contract was entered into in December and the work was not done until August, but, generally, the bid/contract process was informative and acceptable. Fit and finish on the 2 replacement windows was impeccable, and with virtually no mess in the house. In short, we got exactly what we asked for. Neighbors say they like the look. I would recommend them.

They were pretty busy. Had to wait a few months for them to have time to work on my project. But they did very good work. They installed a steel roof. They also upgraded my fascia, and replaced my soffits, and gutters. I'm happy with the results and I would hire them again.

They had some issues with their sub-contractors and the neatness of the finished product but they fixed it and were very responsive. I can't say anyone else could have done better...
