Most of the ratings are adequate primarily because it seems like there's never sufficient staffing to handle the patients' needs within reasonable time frames. If there's a need during shift changes, good luck! Most of the staff, primarily the CNA's were hard working and caring and did the best they could given how much they could do with the ratio of patients to staff. Of course there were some CNA's that did the minimum but could it be that they were tired of being overworked? Most of the nurses were competent in doing their jobs but because specific tasks could only be done by certain positions, when there was a shortage, it was hard to find someone who could actually help. I was there every day for 10-12 hours for 5 weeks, so it was easy to see a pattern and who was responsive and who wasn't.
