David installed a Moen faucet in my kitchen sink in May 2023. In October the base of the faucet became loose and began to rotate. Vincent came out to fix the problem. In February 2024, the problem resurfaced. Vincent came out again and tightened the nut connecting the faucet to the sink platform. He indicated that the installation was per spec but would contact Moen to determine what the problem is. Olivero charged me $175 to fix the problem (for 30 seconds work). Highly unethical office. If you think this is fair, then Olivero is your plumber. Otherwise be warned!

Olivero Plumbing Company, Inc 11360 San Pablo Ave El Cerrito, California 94530-2135 (510) 233-3511 Oliveroplumbing@sbcglobal.net I have used Olivero Plumbing over the past twenty years to handle plumbing related situations that I did not have the ability or knowledge to comfortably handle. This included water heater replacement, toilet replacement and adjustments, fixing unusual faucet leaks, and clearing clogged sewer lines. I believe they also handle plumbing in new construction. Their employees are generally quite pleasant, definitely know their business, and rapidly complete the requested service with quality parts and workmanship. The best part is their trucks are loaded with the parts their technicians need now. Their front desk is also pleasant to deal with if not overly backed up. Their show-room, while not overly large, had interesting displays that piqued my interest. Their hours of operation are generally confined to regular workweek days and daylight hours. It is my experience they do not handle off hours nor weekend/holiday emergency work. Plan accordingly! I have called them during regular hours to handle an unexpected burst pipe situation. They were nice enough to divert one of their field technicians to perform a quick fix and schedule a ASAP return visit to permanently deal with the problem. Billing for work completed is generally trending toward use of email, if all possible, within a few days of completing the project. The downer is not including a SASE. If you are requesting service, phone appears best, there will be questions. They do make an effort to leave a clean environment when finished.

i called Olivero Plumbing for a toilet malfunction. Steve came out and adjusted the air valve. Took 1 minute. Standard Rate $175 for the first hour. I asked him for an estimate on a new sump pump under the house. He crawled underneath the house and said the office would send an estimate. That was 2 weeks ago. No esimate received. I called the office one week ago; the receptionist said Steve was out on medical leave. I am in the third week of waiting and still no estimate.
