After using this company for years, I had a bad experience. I had been very clear about what I needed done. For the first time I was lied to about my original appointment. I made a new appointment for the next day. A worker arrived an hour past a 4-hour window and was totally disinterested in what I needed done and the projects I had expected to get ideas and estimates for. An hour later the person who was going to actually do the work arrived. Then I realized the first worker was there to placate me until the other showed up. The second worker cleared the line but almost drilled into the toilet. The floor was shaking and I heard metal grinding. I had to yell for him to stop. He seemed very confused even though he'd done the job before. They said they knew nothing about the water leak I had outside my house and left without fixing it. I had been assured the workers were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They were not. No one called back about the leak in my water line. The next day I called another plumber who came out, tightened a nut and fixed the leak. About a week later I got a call from RB Travis wanting to know about the additional projects I wanted done. Evidently, the first worker who I had spent an hour with, was unable to convey much about them. This company was more expensive than other plumbers but I stayed with them because they knew my house so well. There had been some minor disappointments along the way but this was so upsetting that I won't use them again.

Plumber was dispatched by HomeServe so we weren't able to get other estimates, but this guy tried to fix it before deciding that it had to be replaced and the replacement has worked fine.
