Not Recommended
The head of Social Services is likely impaired > alcohol, rx drugs. She wrote babbling emails and did not follow through with DME as needed for family member upon DC. PT and OT are not for patients who want to improve to independence. They baby patients and do NOT obtain full medical records and take verbatim histories from cva patients.
