Discovering an overflow problem from a washing machine and trying to analyze the problem myself I was confounded by what I thought I had discovered. Based on the ratings in Checkbook I contacted Drain Master. Ed responded the same day and dropped by the following day to assess the problem, which took him approximately 30 seconds. He fixed the back up in less than two hours. The bill seemed a little pricy, but we don't have enough experience with plumbers to judge. We were happy to pay it and have the problem fixed so quickly and expertly.

I've used Drain Masters twice in the last 10 days. Each time they were prompt and assessed my problem quickly and accurately and had the problem solved in less than 90 minutes (clogged sewer line and leak in hard to get-to location). Their prices were incredibly fair. I've been using them for years with similar results, and will obviously continue to do do so.

Edward arrived about 30 minutes after I called him on a Saturday morning to have him unclog m laundry sink in the garage. He set about snaking out the clog, and did so (the clog was a bit far down the line) neatly. He inserted a new J-Bend, checked thoroughly to determine there was no leakage, and, because this required less that an hour the minimum charge, asked if I needed anything further look at. I had him repclean out the kitchen faucet and then replace the fill valve one of the bathroom toilets. The price was quite fair and given ahead of time, everyone works and still works well, and I recommend him highly as anice , efficient, and fine plumbing professional.
