I think they do a good job of keeping the car well maintained and safe at market rates. They do a good inspection along with the oil change and catch anything that needs fixing.

They WAY over-inflated our tires when we we went in for an oil change. We discovered that by the way the car rode on the way home. When we got home we looked at the paper work, and the numbers on there were the correct inflation numbers for our car and tires, but when my husband checked with his tire gauge, what the amount of air the tires had in them was not what the paperwork said they did. We wondered what else they did that would be hard on our car that we didn't notice right away. On the next visit, they said they had completed what we brought the car in for, but we needed a new battery because it "failed" the battery test. We told them to go ahead and put a new battery in, but several hours later, our car still wasn't ready. I called, and it turned out it took several hours for them to get a battery from Concord Honda and I wasn't going to get my car back until the next day. I told them to skip the new battery because I needed my car to take care of some important business. Magically, they said they could have the battery installed and the car ready to go in the amount of time it would take me to have my husband drive me to their garage.

Totally different from Concord Honda.They are very busy so its hard to get an appointment.
