My interactions are mostly with nurses. If you email Dr. Condrell it goes to a support email for the entire office to see. He does not have a private email that he shares with his patients. Also, there is no cell phone available thus no texting. I think it's extremely expensive scam for access to only LPN's or RN's. I could go to an Urgent Care clinic for similar care for much less money.

Condrell has moved to concierge care; if you don't pony up $5000 a year for that, you see him only once a year for a checkup (the rest of the time, you see a nurse practitioner or physician's assistant). So no continuity of care; your doctor can't tell from the way you look if something might be wrong. Also, he is heavily dependent on technology for appointments and communication - and the appointment process has malfunctioned several times.

I joined Dr. Condrell's practice after my previous PCP adopted the concierge model. I have been seen throughout my first year primarily by excellent nurse practitioners who took care of every issue. I had my annual medicare visit with Dr. Condrell and praised the care that I had received. He was delightful, hlepful and very knowledgable. This is a great practice for patients who are able to navigate the health care journey with help when needed.
