Service here is consistently wonderful. From the moment I step in, someone is available to help me find the correct aisle or give advice on a project. As a woman, I'm sensitive to whether male personnel are listening carefully to my questions about how to handle a project or which product will meet my needs. People at Action have been consistently friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful. I was surprised recently when the checkout clerk told me not to be surprised if the clear caulk I was buying looked white. She said people sometimes return it, not knowing that it won't be clear until it dries. That's old-school proactive, helpful service!
