Understaffed, told that most everyone is retirement age by the person that eventually came. Did not assess thermostats on first visit, had to come back a second time to do so. Very slow - 5 calls/emails/texts by me just to get a response from Ray regarding specific thermostat to choose for my radiant heat system 4 months AFTER they had already evaluated the system. Given incorrect information about the system set-up. Avoid these people.

Had a great experience with Billy at Farina. He really knows what he's doing and has been immensely helpful with making judgement decisions about what repairs are/are not worth it on a very old HVAC system.
