1. Site manager had not related scope of additional work needed before he left and crew would not speak english. I had to call the main office to get the manager back to explain the need for and the scope of the additional work. 2. Roof sheathing was not cleared of old roofing debris before sheets were removed causing considerable debris (nails, tar paper, small pieces of shingles) to drop on my insulation.

They provided the lowest, most reasonable estimates, excellent materials and workmanship warranties (i.e., 50 year) from Owens Corning whose products they work with, and completed the work in less than two days for a 3500 sq ft roof. We were also able to select the exact grade of shingles, underlayment, ice & water panels, and Ridge vents to install which we were able to research on Consumer Reports and manufacturer's website and compare w/ that of other contractors / manufacturers. Their proposal nicely detailed all the work to be performed, specific products to be used, permits, care of landscaped areas, and clean up. Lastly, they gave us 'healthy' discount of 1k on final cost of project. PS. They also provided us with a thick book of references, including names, addresses, and phone numbers of satisfied former customers.
