Their service contract appears to be a vehicle to upsell service. Each visit resulted inrecommendations for additional service costs far beyond norm...all this for a system that they designed and installed. We have spent significantly more with them than others do with much older systems.

While good at what they do, NBW excessively upsells its services. They use their maintenance contracts to scare customers into additional parts and services at exorbitant prices. I would not recommend this company as they are all about the dollar!
