I have worked with them (have a Maintenance contract) since 2010 when I got my new HVAC system. I chose them because at that time I wanted the tax rebates at the Federal and State level and I need to have my device installed by Energy Star certified installers. I have never regretted that decision.

They were very good! Very honest. We had an issue with another service company, Modcon,who were terrible and cooling unlimited was amazing

Regarding staff, my negative review is not for the employees who come to service my equipment, but rather the person responsible for arranging appointments and providing initial information. This is not up to par.
