Staff were often nowhere to be found and were unwilling or unable to communicate with family members. Call bells ring for 30 minutes at a time. We frequently had to leave the room to go look for someone to assist our loved one. A staff member made insensitive remarks about our loved one's condition. Had we a choice, we would have moved them to another facility after day one.
